Founder AI Sprint · 4 Weeks

From AI-curious to AI-capable

Two live sessions per week, recordings included. Every week ends with something you've actually made — not just notes.

Week 1

Think in AI

How LLMs actually work (founder-level, no math). Prompting that gets professional output. Where AI genuinely creates value vs. hype.

You make: your personal AI workflow that saves 5+ hrs/week

Week 2

Build Without Code

Agents, automations, and no-code AI tools. Connect models to your data and your existing tools. When RAG matters and when it doesn't.

You make: a working AI automation for your business

Week 3

Scope a Real MVP

The 80/20 wall that kills vibe-coded products. Feature scoping, validation before building, and what an AI MVP should cost in 2026.

You make: a scoped, costed AI MVP spec

Week 4

Ship & Pitch

Working with dev teams without getting burned. Demo day: present your MVP blueprint, get live feedback from builders who've shipped 15+.

You make: your capstone pitch + a 90-day build plan

Why Learn Here

Most AI trainers teach.
We teach and ship.

  • Curriculum from real builds

Every framework we teach was battle-tested on paid client projects — the support agent that raised $500K, the doc-processing pipeline handling 3x volume.

  • Live cohort, not a video library

20 founders max. Live sessions, real feedback on your project, and a peer group that's building at the same time you are.

  • A path after the course

When you're ready to build, you already know a studio that ships in 4–8 weeks. Graduates get priority scoping with IdeaToMVP.

1 · Learn4-week live sprint — you leave with a validated AI MVP blueprint
2 · DecideBuild it yourself, hire well, or bring it to a studio — you'll know how to judge all three
3 · ShipOptionally: IdeaToMVP builds it with you in 4–8 weeks. You own all code & IP
4 · ScaleRaise, grow, and come back as the case study we teach next cohort

FAQ

Questions founders ask

I'm not technical. Will I keep up?

Yes — the Founder AI Sprint is designed for mixed cohorts. Non-technical founders build with no-code tools and learn to scope and direct technical work; technical founders go deeper on the stack. Both leave with the same capstone: a validated MVP blueprint.

How much time does it take per week?

Plan for 4–5 hours: two 90-minute live sessions plus 1–2 hours on your own project. Everything is recorded if you miss a session.

What if I already have a product?

Even better. You'll use the sprint to scope your AI feature or automation instead of a from-scratch MVP — weeks 2 and 3 map directly onto adding AI to an existing business.

Is this just a funnel for your dev studio?

Honest answer: the course stands alone, and most graduates will build with their own teams or tools. But yes — if you want a studio to build with you afterward, you'll already know one that ships in 4–8 weeks. No obligation, ever.

How is the executive program different?

The AI Boardroom is decision-focused, not build-focused: opportunity mapping, ROI and cost modeling, vendor evaluation, and governance. It runs privately for one company's leadership team and ends with a board-ready AI roadmap.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund before the second live session, no questions asked. If the first week doesn't convince you, you shouldn't pay for the rest.
